I enjoy meeting clients and hearing about their life goals, dreams, and ambitions. I believe every individual is an expert in their own lives, and no matter where they come from or what opportunities they have, they can make long-lasting lifestyle changes!
By training with me, we will work together to create a well-rounded approach to your health and wellness. As a personal trainer and a health coach, I provide a unique experience that is invaluable for those wanting to make sustainable and long term changes. We will focus not only on exercise and nutrition, but other areas of health and wellness such as sleep, stress, and building healthy habits.
As your coach, I will provide support, accountability, and will cheer you on as you reach your goals.

Quick Facts:
- My Go-to workout is incline walking on the treadmill followed by strength training! Recovery yoga when I’m extra sore.
- Healthy food I love: I never get tired of salmon! And I love creating new yummy fulfilling salad recipes.
- Healthy food I hate: Olives. Maybe it’s a texture thing?!
- My favorite workout music for weightlifting = rock music for sure! Anything else = dance pop.
- Fun fact: I rode my bicycle across the US! From Connecticut to California over 4000 miles in 2.5 months
