MY JOURNEY

My own wellness journey began years after counting calories and high-intensity workouts, when I realized that there was a more balanced approach. That’s when I discovered that mindful eating and the practice of yoga brought transformative and sustainable results.

Since then, I’ve embraced a wellness routine rooted in science and personal experience to nurture a positive relationship with food and reconnect with my body.

MY MISSION

My mission is to guide you on a personalized wellness journey grounded in evidence-based practices, fostering your well-being through nutrition and yoga coaching to empower you with the essential knowledge and skills for thriving.

MY BACKGROUND

My qualifications and experiences have equipped me to guide you effectively.

I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition (BSc), with a Minor in Psychology, and a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from King’s College London.

I’m a certified Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher, having honed my skills through YogaWorks. My expertise in nutrition is further accredited through Precision Nutrition’s Certification.
